By booking a photographic shoot with Chiara Luna Photography, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payments
A $50 deposit is required to secure your photographic session. Session dates and time are not confirmed until deposit has been received.
Remained payment by the client is due on the day of your photoshoot and can be done via www.chiaraluna.com.au, paypal, bank transfer or cash.
Payment must be cleared to gain access to our photographic galleries. If for any reason your photoshoot is cancelled on our behalf, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
Photo Session
A client is guaranteed to a photoshoot for up to 5 family members at one or more locations – depending on package, within the Perth Metropolitan area. Any additional people or further travel can be negotiated and may incur an additional fee.
Any client that is late to a session will have the amount of time deducted from the time allowed for the session. This may also result in a reduction of the number of edited images.
In the unlikely event that a participant becomes uncooperative, Chiara Luna Photography cannot be held responsible and a refund will not be granted.
Photographic proofs & Products
Proofs will be completed within two weeks of the session date and will be available for viewing through a password protected gallery. Proofs in the online gallery will be watermarked and this watermark cannot be removed under any circumstances. Proofs are provided for the client to choose the images they intend to download. The client shall not save/screen grab the images as it is a breach of copyright. The amount of photographs downloadable will depend upon the package purchased. Any additional images or prints will incur and additional cost. Viewable images vary from 5-50 images depending upon commission. All images are professionally edited (including the removal of minor blemishes such as scratches and bruises).
Digital files are delivered via web download. Two folders will be provided for download: high resolution images without watermarks suitable for printing and low resolution images with watermarks for sharing and social media.
Client Usage
The client is obtaining full personal printing rights which does not include any selling of said prints/digital files, or authorise any reproduction thereof b parties other than Chiara Luna Photography.
Chiara Luna Photography will store all of the client’s images for three months. The purchase of the original file releases Chiara Luna Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, as well as from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital files. The client is responsible for creating back-ups of the digital content as soon as the files are downloaded. No RAW images will be made available to the client.
Chiara Luna Photography cannot be held responsible for poor quality prints, other than those provided through our services.
Copyright
All images remain property of Chiara Luna Photography at all times, both in Australia and internationally. Copying or saving images from the proofing gallery is not permitted.
Chiara Luna Photography retains the right to display any images from their photographic shoot to general promote the business by means of advertising, websites, social media, exhibitions, competitions, magazine articles or any such media, providing the images are used lawfully and without damage. The client retains the right to refuse to have these images used, only if they notify Chiara Luna Photography in writing, prior to the photographic shoot.
Client Confidentiality
Chiara Luna Photography will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the client’s confidential information is not disclosed to any parties, except as required to provide the services, and as required by law. Chiara Luna Photography will not make use of material or information communicated in confidence for the purpose of the photographic shoot.
Easter Special
The $100 discount promotion for the Easter Special does not apply to the $50 booking fee for ‘Secure Your Shoot’.
